How to Revoke All Public Shares at Once?

After checking the number of shared tasks, centrally disable all current links.

First Confirm You Really Want to Close All

When clearing long-unused shares or needing to stop public access all at once, you can use the revoke all function. If only one task is unsuitable for continued public sharing, revoking it individually is usually more precise. Before batch operations, browse the shared list to confirm whether any links are still in use, to avoid having to re-explain and redistribute later.

Use 'Revoke All' in Share Management

Go to Settings → Data Control → Shared Tasks → Manage, then select 'Revoke All Shares.' The confirmation box will indicate the number of shared tasks involved and the impact of all links stopping working. After reading and confirming, wait for the success prompt, then check whether the shared list is cleared.

  1. Open shared task management and check the current quantity.
  2. Click 'Revoke All Shares' and verify the confirmation details.
  3. After completion, confirm that there are no public tasks left in the list.

Retaining Tasks and Subsequent Sharing

This operation disables public access but does not delete your own tasks because of revoking shares. You can later reselect tasks suitable for public sharing, but should recheck the content and links. Materials already saved by others will not disappear with batch revocation; if you still need to clean your own data, handle tasks, notes, and accounts separately. When re-sharing publicly, it is recommended to select only the tasks currently truly needed for external access.
