How to Delete All Task Records?
Use batch deletion in Data Control and save any needed content in advance.
Clarify the Scope of Impact Before Execution
"Delete All Tasks" will permanently delete your tasks, messages, and corresponding attachments. It is suitable when you clearly need to clear these records, and not appropriate for simply adjusting sidebar positions or logging out. Before executing, save any results and files you still need, and check if there are tasks currently in use to avoid discovering missing materials after deletion.
Confirm via Data Control
Open Settings → Data Control, find "Delete All Tasks" and click "Delete All." The confirmation box will again explain that the operation is irreversible and specify the deletion scope. Carefully read before confirming; wait for the operation to complete, and check the task list if necessary. Do not repeatedly perform the operation while the request is processing.
- First save the needed texts and attachments.
- Go to Data Control and click Delete All Tasks.
- Read the irreversible warning and confirm; after completion, check the list.
Contents Not Managed by This
Saved notes are managed through a separate entry; clearing tasks does not equal clearing notes or deleting the entire account. Custom instructions, secure sessions, and analytics preferences also have their own settings. If the goal is to prevent others from opening a public link, you can revoke it first using Share Management; different goals require corresponding actions to avoid deleting more than necessary at once. Batch operations should be performed after organizing the needed results.
