How to Delete One or All Saved Notes?

Clean up long-term information that is no longer needed in the notes list.

First Determine the Deletion Scope

Before cleaning, check the notes list to confirm whether you need to remove a specific outdated note or clear all content. Notes may be used across tasks, so when deleting, focus on the information saved itself rather than just whether the source task is still in the list. Content you want to keep can be organized into your own documents first.

Use Buttons in Note Management

Go to Settings → Personalization → Manage Notes. Each note has a remove option beside it, and when the list contains content, there is also a “Delete All” option. Buttons may be temporarily unavailable during the operation; wait for the result before checking the list. If a failure message appears, verify the status before retrying to avoid mistakenly thinking the note has been deleted.

  1. Open Manage Notes and locate the entry you want to delete.
  2. Use single remove or explicitly choose Delete All.
  3. After the operation completes, check the content in the list.

Distinguish from Other Cleanup Actions

Deleting tasks or clearing all tasks does not automatically delete saved notes; conversely, deleting notes does not clear chat history. If you do not want notes to be saved and used afterward, also check the note enable switch. Custom instructions are managed in other configuration interfaces and cannot be cleared by deleting notes. After cleaning, browse the list again to confirm that the content you wanted to remove has indeed disappeared.
