What should be organized before deleting an account?

Save your results first, then distinguish which issues can be resolved without account deletion.

First confirm the real problem you want to solve

When you want to switch accounts, log out, or close a public link, there are more precise options than deleting your account. Only proceed with deletion if you truly no longer need the account. First list the task conclusions, attachments, personal preferences, and notes you still need to keep, so that the cleanup scope matches your purpose and you avoid having to search for information after irreversible actions.

Save needed materials using existing features

You can copy important messages, download actual attachments, and check in note management whether there is information you need to keep. The app does not have a unified complete account export button, so no single download action should be understood as backing up all content. After saving, you should open and verify the files in your own folders rather than just viewing the download notification.

  1. Check frequently used tasks, shared tasks, and saved notes.
  2. Copy required text, download and open important files.
  3. Confirm you can still use your original login method to complete recent verifications.

Perform deletion last

Deleting an account requires recent login and confirmation via email and DELETE. Before proceeding, read the dialog box listing the impacts again and confirm you are not deleting another account. For data copies or other privacy requests, refer to the privacy policy for handling methods; the account deletion process is not a guaranteed substitute for immediate full backup or recovery channels.
