How to View and Export Usage Records?
Select the correct date range and confirm the loaded records before exporting.
First, Select the Correct Time Range
In the paid account's Settings → Usage, use the date filter in the records area to view the desired time period. The records include time, model, usage, and corresponding cost information; they may distinguish between usage within the plan, extra usage, or mixed usage.
This helps you understand your usage but is not equivalent to an invoice or a complete chat content backup.
Load the Needed Records Before Exporting
Export CSV exports only the records currently loaded in the list; selecting a long time range does not automatically include all data not yet loaded.
If you want to verify the consumption of a specific task, first narrow the record range by occurrence time, then compare adjacent items. After exporting, keep a copy of the original file and use the copy for calculations or filtering; this way, if the number of rows is insufficient, it is easier to confirm whether the full list has not yet been completely loaded.
- Select the required date range.
- Wait for the records to finish loading, and load more if needed.
- Check whether the list covers the target period.
- Click Export CSV and open the file to verify the dates and number of rows.
How to Compare Two Usage Periods
When comparing, look at the model, input and output scale, and whether extra usage occurred; do not only look at the number of messages. If the short-term list has not updated yet, check again later; also, do not use your own Token to multiply and guess as a substitute for the page's settlement results. Before sharing records to troubleshoot issues, check the file content and remove any unnecessary account-related information.
