How to Check Remaining Usage and Recovery Time for Paid Accounts?

Locate the usage panel to distinguish remaining amount, forecast, and actual reset.

Open Usage from Settings

Applicable paid accounts can open the sidebar user menu → Settings → Usage to view included usage and related records within the plan. Free accounts currently do not have the same detailed panel; a different interface is not necessarily an error.

First confirm you are logged into the intended account, then judge based on the plan and usage displayed on the page. Do not apply screenshots from other accounts.

How to Read Remaining and Forecast

The included usage area shows the current remaining status and recovery time; when supported, more precise date information can be viewed. The “Estimated depletion time” on the page is a forecast calculated based on recent usage and does not mean the quota will definitely reset to zero on that date.

When planning longer tasks, you can first note the remaining usage and recovery time, then complete a small sample to observe actual changes. Forecasts are only suitable for scheduling pace and cannot replace task scope estimation; when usage patterns change significantly, recent consumption may not represent what comes next.

  1. Check the remaining value and corresponding total amount.
  2. Verify the recovery date and more precise time details.
  3. Combine with recent task records to determine if usage pace adjustments are needed.

When Data Fails to Load

If it shows unable to load, reopen the panel later and confirm network and login are normal. Do not infer a zero balance from a blank state, and do not treat the usage panel as a billing payment record. Extra usage has separate toggles, balances, and spending limits, which should be checked in the corresponding settings; all entitlements are subject to what is actually displayed on the current account.

When verifying included quotas and extra usage, also consider the model used: when Pro or Pro+ uses Max, it will directly consume the corresponding extra usage without requiring the included quota to be exhausted first.
