How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan After Subscription?
Understand the sequence of amount confirmation, payment verification, and benefits update.
Operate Only When Purchase Entry Is Open
Go to the upgrade or plan selection interface provided in your account, and choose the target plan and payment cycle. If the current online purchase is not open yet, you cannot bypass this state by refreshing the page; you can first read the differences between plans and wait until the actual entry is available before proceeding.
The process of changing an existing subscription may directly update the current subscription and calculate billing adjustments based on the remaining period. Please check the confirmation page for the amount payable this time, the deduction from the original plan, and the next renewal information. Do not just compare the two prices on the official website.
Change Is Confirmed Only After Payment Completion
Changing plans may require paying the difference, bank verification, or handling unpaid bills. Clicking confirm does not always mean the new benefits have taken effect; if a payment link or verification is required, complete it before returning to your account to check.
Usage will not automatically reset to full capacity due to repeatedly switching plans. Existing consumption, actual payment results, and the current cycle all participate in quota handling, and the results in Usage should be considered authoritative.
Order of Checks When Encountering Issues
- First confirm the currently logged-in account and current plan.
- Verify the change confirmation page, then complete the verification required on the payment page.
- After returning, check the plan, renewal date, and usage; if still inconsistent, record the billing status and use available operations such as "Check Payment Status" without repeatedly submitting.
