How to Copy an Answer for Notes or Reports?

Copy the main text from message actions and check the pasted content.

Select the Content to Keep

When the answer is ready for use, you can copy it to save in your own notes or reports. First confirm whether you are selecting the final conclusion or intermediate explanations; when execution evidence is involved, it is best to also record the corresponding task and context. Do not leave only the conclusion without the applicable conditions, otherwise it is easy to mistake the advice as verified results later on.

Use the Copy Message Button

Click "Copy Message" in the action area of the target message. After success, the button will briefly show a copied status. Then switch to your target editor and paste, checking titles, code, lists, and special characters. The copy function targets message text and does not mean bulk downloading of task attachments.

  1. Find the needed message and click the copy button.
  2. Paste into your document and confirm the main text is complete.
  3. If files are needed, use the download entry separately in attachments or file preview.

Organize Before External Use

Before sending externally, check whether the copied content contains target information, personal data, or log fragments that should not be public. If you only want to keep a small part, you can delete unrelated content from the document and indicate which parts are model analysis. Copying is your local material organization action and does not automatically create a public sharing link; sharing tasks requires using the separate sharing function.
