How to Cancel Subscription and Until When Can It Be Used After Cancellation?
Instructions on how to cancel auto-renewal, confirm status, and handle different cases of payment exceptions.
Complete Cancellation in Account
Open Settings → Account, enter the cancellation process from the management menu of the current plan, select the reason as prompted, and complete the final confirmation. Closing the popup, logging out, or uninstalling the client does not equal canceling the subscription.
A normally active subscription is usually scheduled to cancel at the end of the current paid period, and you can continue to use the benefits shown in your account until then. After completion, you should see the cancellation arrangement and end date, which is more reliable than just remembering that you clicked a certain button.
Payment Exception Accounts May Differ
If the subscription is already in an unpaid, overdue, or other abnormal payment status, the cancellation process may end it immediately and handle the corresponding unpaid renewal records. Do not apply the description 'cancel at the end of the normal paid period' to all billing statuses.
Canceling auto-renewal is not a refund request and will not automatically delete historical tasks. If you also want to delete your account or remove publicly shared content, you should complete those operations separately; before deleting your account, first handle billing and any data you wish to keep.
Check Three Results After Cancellation
- Whether the account shows that cancellation has been scheduled or clearly shows the subscription has ended.
- Whether there is an end date, unpaid bills, or payment verification prompts.
- If you decide to continue using the service, choose 'Keep Plan' while still within the period of availability, and confirm again that the cancellation status has been revoked.
