How to Manage Optional Analytics Cookies?

Adjust your choices in the available preference entry and understand the boundaries of necessary logs.

Distinguishing Necessary Functions from Optional Analytics

The privacy policy explains that core functions such as authentication, security, and redirects in requests use necessary cookies or similar mechanisms; optional analytics are used for purposes like product usage, attribution, and error diagnosis. Refusing optional analytics will not limit the service, but this does not mean that all operational logs required for account operation, support, and security will stop being processed.

Open the Actual Displayed Management Entry

In scenarios where analytics preference management is provided, Settings → Data Control will show “Analytics Cookies” and a management button. You can also use the cookie settings provided on the actual page. After entering, check the current choices, allow or refuse as needed, and wait for the save to complete; different regions or contexts may not display the same entry.

  1. Check if analytics cookie management is provided in Data Control.
  2. Open the preference window and choose to allow or refuse.
  3. Confirm the save result; you can modify it again later if needed.

Scope of the Choice

This choice applies to optional browser analytics, not deleting existing tasks, logging out, or revoking sharing. The policy states the service does not record session replays; it may still process limited logs necessary for operation. To delete account content, use the corresponding data entry; to understand other processing situations, read the privacy policy comprehensively rather than judging by a single toggle.
